:A- Philosophy

:My philosophy rests upon three key words

.Effort,   Direction   and Timing

For any organization, be it small or large, to achieve its goals and maximum potentials, the efforts within must be tuned in direction and in timing, just like a crew on a rowing boat. Every member of the crew must put in his maximum effort. That must also be accompanied with good timing with the efforts of the other crew members. Finally all the crew members must row in the same direction. These principles are also very crucial for the success of any human organization.

I believe that my role in any organization that I belong to is to bring out the best of the people I am working with, be it students, colleagues or staff members.

B- Pillars:

This philosophy rests upon the following pillars:

1-   Human Relationship

I strongly believe in the humane relationship that must prevail the organization that I belong to. Such relationship can truly make people like the institution and like what they do. Thus they perform their tasks with utmost devotion.

2-   Appreciation

If there is any magic that makes people do better than expected it is APPRECIATION. As one expects others to appreciate what one does, so one must show appreciation of others’ effort. It is not necessarily material; it could well be a few words such as “well done” or “that was good”.

3-   Team Work

I am a firm believer in the saying that one can hardly succeed alone. It is only through team work and team spirit that one can achieve the targets. As a head of an organization one cannot succeed without the hard work and true efforts of all stakeholders.

As a professor one cannot really succeed without the cooperation, dedication and hard work of the students and those of other stakeholders.

4-   Team building

The main objective of any true leader must be to build a team capable of carrying out tasks at a later stage. The team-building effort is a necessary step in the development of the organization.

5-   Opportunity

Human beings are like seeds. They can and will bear fruits if the right soil and environments are provided. Thus when dealing with others I will not ask “can they do the task” but rather “what is the best way to make them carry out the tasks successfully”.

People are full of potentials but only some are provided with the right environment to fully realize them.
